Scaife is not a RT. Zion has not even played at a high enough level this Spring for him. You can have 2 contacts watching practice and tell you 2 different things. It is nuts.
I've said it before. Scaife should be at center. He's not built to stop rush ends at RT, and he's a good but not great OG. I think he has a pro future just at center. And that would solve our interior size issue a little too, as Clark is capped. So a quality RT portal kid would upgrade two spots, not just one.
I expect Zion to be really good this year, lock down LT. He isn't the day 1 kid some guys on here were claiming even when he was getting steamrolled as a true freshman. But he's got all the tools to be very good now. This is his time to shine.
Always thought Davis' future was at LB. Glad to hear he's developing on the line tho. Ain't the last time I'll be wrong lol.
Davis can be a great rush specialist. But he is not going to start at Miami as a DE. He's not so elite that he can overcome his height issues. Nothing wrong with being a specialist, we need one. But fewer snaps and no possibility to have a shot at the league. So if Davis wants to start, I agree with you that he needs to develop as an ILB.
