These coaches are night and day different. The players will love playing for this new staff and scheme.

I really hope so. It would be nice to see them having fun again. That goes a long ways towards success. Guess they kind of go hand in hand. But no doubt the scheme changes have to pay off this year and at least get the team headed in the right direction.
