One thing to remember about recruiting, it’s fluid. The rest will follow.

Below you will see some prospects at the position who the Canes are recruiting, are in discussion, or who I would like to see the staff recruit. You will also see some teams who I deem contenders for their services.

Emory Williams, 6'5 195 Indiana, Pittsburgh, USF, and Arkansas St.
I expect Williams to be the QB in this class.

Jaden Rashada, 6'4 190 UF, LSU, Texas A&M, and Ole Miss
Will be playing in the SEC. Follow the visits.

Arch Manning, 6'4 220 Alabama, Georgia, and Texas
Miami was never a serious player for his services. Just a recruitment that I've been tuned to.

Dante Moore, 6'2 200 LSU, Oregon, Michigan, and Notre Dame
Maybe the only reason why a commitment may not be imminent with Williams.

Dylan Lonergan, 6'2 220 Alabama, South Carolina, Stanford, and Ohio St.
Also a baseball prospect. A prospect that I wanted Miami to get on.

Cedric Baxter Jr, 6'1 220 Texas, Alabama, UF, and Texas A&M
Canes are in his top 5. Originally from South Florida and should be considered RB 1 in a 2 back class.

Richard Young, 5'11 205 Alabama, Notre Dame, Oregon, and Georgia
National recruit, who will go out of state.

Treyaun Webb, 6'1 210, UF, South Carolina, Penn St, and Tennessee
UF lean at this time.

Kalib Hicks, 5'11 200 Oklahoma, Alabama, TCU, and Arkansas
Canes also made his top 5 and he's a legit possibility to be in this class.

Rueben Owens, 5'11 195, TCU, Louisville, Texas, and Georgia
Big time back.

Jeremiyah Love, 6'0 195, Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Oregon
Taking all 5 of his officials, but he's a back I would've liked the Canes to get in the mix with. All purpose back who could project to other positions.

Their are other backs not listed i.e. Chris Johnson, who Miami have a great shot with.
