Any team could lose players after spring. The fact that a window does not currently exist...is laughable. I'm not saying this will happen to Miami, we have clearly shown that we will play a lot of guys at certain spots (RB, DL, DB).

But players who graduate in May...could leave...and I am predicting a bunch of lawsuits will be filed in the April-May timeframe by guys who want to move on to a new spot. Maybe they lose the starting job, maybe a new position coach sucks, who knows what the reason is. All I know is that the NCAA is on a massive losing streak in litigation, no matter what rule or policy is enacted (except for unlimited transfers), the NCAA loses. Oh, and the NCAA initially opposed unlimited transfers.

So, yeah, let's not get complacent here (generally, not talking about any specific team or player). There WILL be more player movement this summer, you can count on that.

And as successful as Miami has been with some of our late grabs...we should welcome this. We seem to pick better transfers than most do, at least in the last few years.

Totally agree and I’m sure Mario will be prepared for it in roster retention and disgruntled players on another team.

I think you can see players do the Lucas strategy and just enroll to a school they want in the summer. The problem will be the NIL contract.

The key will be the offensive line. That’s the only chance.
