Pringle, carr, hèll he ain’t a blazer but you got a 6’4 210 freshman either 4.5 speed at wr. Seem like he snaps went down after the 2tds vs usf

Really don't know what the **** yall think speed is going to do for this offense? You think Lyle doesn't have speed? You think Toney/Moore/Trader/Marrion don't have speed? You think Pringle doesn't have speed?

The offensive scheme makes speed worthless. We have slow runs up the middle that takes up 30% of our offensive plays. Speed isn't going to unlock 20+ yard runs. Scheme is what needs to change.

Defensively the speed is fine. They scored on a couple crossers due to bad tackling.

Speed had nothing to do with us losing this game.

What yall want is Explosive plays. This run scheme literally doesn't allow that as a possibility on the ground. We have been decently explosive in the pass game, but not nearly enough as last year.. But the problem is if we pick up a penalty or get stuffed (which we do a lot) on one of our runs up the gut or wr screens and need to just drop back and pass in clear passing situations it makes it much more difficult (for anyone) to hit explosive plays.

im shocked it isnt said enough.....

dude schemed up like 100 + catches for tank dell and clearly did the same with restrepo....every one else could ead for the most part lol

Having fast players but not having a scheme that gives them any opportunities to use it means we dont have team speed.

Brohm watched tape and schemed exposing our slow *** linebackers all night.
 
Our OC just isn't very good. He struck gold with Ward, and that's it. We're not multiple out of our sets and we don't read/adjust to defenses. We're predictable. Smart coaches will challenge or beat us with less talent every time.

I actually remember you mentioning it before. It just didn't sink in for me until tonight.

Dawson plays chess with his slot and checkers with everyone else.

So we need speed but our scheme doesn't allow for speed, but because of that even if we add more speed, it still means we wont have team speed, meaning how could we need more speed? We need better scheme. Not better speed.

Our lbs played bad. But the problem was tackling, not really their speed. But Brohm is also a very good coach and Louisville actually has good weapons. I dont watch this defensive performance and think you know what the difference was? Speed. Get out of here with that. You're not just gunna dominate opponents every play. They have a very good RB and WR and OC...

Reword my initial message to say we don't play with speed. Point taken.

The linebackers were missing tackles because they couldn't keep up with the speed. You're dead wrong on that one.

Once they scored first and we got pinned deep off the dumb penalty Dawson came completely off his script (which doesn’t really matter because we never set anything up for later in the game). We abandoned the run the rest of the way. Typical for
Miami coming off a bye and being completely unprepared. Zero creativity, zero deception, zero
Flow.

When we are down and still operating out of those tight splits is borderline malpractice.

You should be stretching out the defence the width of the field and creating some f*cking running lanes to get some chunk plays.
