are ******* terrible. We ******* suck in this aspect and I hate it. Honestly has been terrible for 20 god**** years. We need to hire an NFL Special Teams coordinator and figure this **** out.

Miami football used to be known for having terrifying special teams. Freaks returning punts and kicks. Athletes making spectacular blocks. Huge hits. Suffocating play. What the **** is the plan to fix this? All year. Every time we field a punt we have no space. Every time we punt they have plenty of space to return.

Malachi Toney should be the most dangerous return man in America. He NEVER gets a chance.

We almost get blocked every game. We never block anything.

We miss tackles in space almost every single time against shifty players.

We have running backs returning kicks. They gain 3 yards 1 in 10 times.

Didn’t we have that failed ST coach from the nfl (and my Vikings) as an analyst? Maybe we still do. Either way at least the punting needs work we don’t seem to understand hangtime importance or how to block

I’ve been saying it for years. Mario seems to place little to no value in it. Who even coaches special teams? What the **** are the teaching the gunners because they are clueless.

We haven’t missed a PAT. We missed one FG and it was 50+. Overall, kickers has been great.
Punting averages are middle of the pack. Averaging roughly 44 yards per punt.
Kick and punt returns are pedestrian. We are middle of the pack.

You know what we aren’t in special teams? Awful. We had a punt blocked at an awful time on the biggest stage and it’s created PTSD. This isn’t a video game.

Looks like it's just some random UM grad 🤦
