Spare me the world beater Garbage

You know as a Giants fan, this Miami run reminds me a little of the 2007 Giants who ended up beating what I consider to be the greatest NFL team of all time (18-1 Patriots). No disrespect to people on here who probably like the Phins but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better NFL team since that Pats squad. They were running through almost everyone. Rarely were they ever challenged.

The Giants barely made the playoffs as a wildcard team that year. Were 10-6, with all 6 losses coming against other playoff teams including the Patriots in the regular season. Sorta similar to our 2 tough losses against teams who people don’t seem to want to respect Louisville (9-4) and SMU (9-4). Similar to the Giants, this Miami team has been successful with elite defense and just enough offense. Being the more physical team when it mattered. No one giving them a chance week in week out. Big underdog in the Championship game.

They’re 14-0 and went 11-2 last year. Let’s stop acting like this isn’t a good team and let’s just focus on kicking ***
No one is saying they aren’t good but to hear them being talked about like they are one of the generational teams I just don’t see it.

And now the talk is we’re getting blown out. It’s such a poor take since our styles mirror each other. The difference is Indiana hits the deep shots.

Our toughest opponent was ACC Refs U...
No, our toughest opponent was ourselves, which is why we set the optics that didn’t dominate on the scoreboard the way we did on the field in games like Notre Dame, Florida Ohio State and yes, even Texas A&M. Our a game is better than their a game. But we make too many mistakes in this game we won’t win if we play somewhat clean, we can dust them

So what point are you making? Who gives a **** about how they play scrubs? They are playing us now. Win or lose, we aren't scrubs
I give a **** thats why i typed it lmfao wtf

I never said we are scrubs, the discussion is about their schedule

Yup.

This IU team is being compared to the greatest passing offense I have ever seen in LSU ‘19.

I just don’t see it. It makes the media look like idiots.

The spread is a side effect of each team’s body of work. Miami has played up and down while Indiana has played consistently at a high level. If you get an average performance from each team, Indiana wins and probably wins by more than 1 score. But if we play our best on both sides of the ball (and we’ve shown we can), then we’ll get number 6.

That’s why I couldn’t be happier with the Indiana juggernaut narrative. Give our boys that extra motivation like TAMU and OSU.

They are a good team that will punish you heavily if you commit errors. They are not an unbeatable juggernaut however. And I know it gets said every week, but every week other fan bases laugh when we say that their team hasn't played an offensive style like Miami; and every week they find out. This game comes down to how well Indiana can stop our run game vs how well we can impose our lean on you style.

IMO this line drops considerably before game time when the sharps get involved. We haven’t lost by 8 in over 2 years. This team isn’t 8 points better than us on our home field. It got inflated by Joe Public being a prisoner of the moment watching them smash Oregon and thinking they’re some invincible squad.

I love it too
