How many head coaches does Miami have to go through before y’all realize the problem is bigger than coaching?

What are we on now, five in a row?

Maybe the state that gave the world Mickey Mouse and the Golden Girls is just producing soft football players. It is what it is. Soft population, soft football players.

Unless you think UL Monroe and Central Michigan just have Bill Walsh and Vince Lombardi on their sidelines or something.

It ain’t just coaching. It’s the soft Florida divas that’s the issue.

I can tell you right now our offensive and defensive line are soft as ****.

I just watched CMU push our d line back on a goal line stand.
I just watched them push our online around like a bunch of little *******.

Don't get me wrong, there are still some dogs out there, but you are not getting a tough o-line from Florida

Every elite team has south Florida players starring for them. So it’s definitely not Florida players. It’s coaching. Simple. Putting correct players in the game.

This is wrong on so many levels. The elite teams might have a south Florida guy here or there, but they don't have a roster full of them. This isn't 1995 anymore. South Florida produces dumb, soft athletes that fold as soon as things get tough.

Every team is down here fighting for players. The pool is diluted. Remember when a Florida school played for the N.C. 16 times in a 20 year span? Back then its was only the 3 Florida schools fighting for players. We had our pick of the crop.

If you could put 11 wide receivers on the field at the same time, you can win with South Florida players.

This team has been soft **** near going on 20 years now.

Oh please. Look at rosters. Teams are doing much better than us by recruiting their own areas.

Our best QB is from GA
Best RB GA
Best WR MI
Best TE LV
Best OL SC

South Florida football is extremely watered down. It’s not what it used to be, but that is from a myriad of factors.

We used to recruit kids who had a chip on their shoulder side they weren’t recruited heavily. Some coaches came down here, but not most. We saturated the area with coaches and we also cherry picked out of state players. We had kids who would kill their grandmother to get a W.

Our current team lacks quality coaches and quality players. Both are soft as ****.

I said they have south Florida starring for them. Not every team is comprised of Florida players.

Leave central Florida out of this

But they don't. Clemson and Ohio State have two each, and they aren't "starring" for them. All you have to do is look at football in Florida. Except for the Jameis Winston era, Florida football has been terrible for a decade.

Clemson has more kids from Kansas (3) than from south Florida (2). And they seem to be doing alright.

Ohio State has two (2) south Florida guys.

I'll take Tutu Atwell's SoFlo *** over Jeff Thomas' overrated *** any day.

Bama has 8 players from South Florida. That doesn't include other parts of Florida. Georgia 5. Oklahoma and Auburn each have 4.

College football teams, especially the elite ones, have 85+ players. There is not a single team in the country, other than Miami, FIU, and FAU, that is relying on south Florida guys.

But when everyone is taking a few and generally fighting over the same group of kids, the talent we're getting is watered down.
