Historically, RB, WR and DB are South Florida's cash crops. The NCAA and NFL is full of South Floridians making plays at each position. Last year, we had 7 RBs sign with Power 4 schools, which was a higher number than normal. Isaac Brown (Louisville) immediately exploded as one of the best running backs in college football & is someone who will be making plays on Sunday very soon barring turmoil, while Bullet Gause (UNC) and Jordan Lyle (Miami) made immediate impacts as freshmen and will be...

Yeah I got Hall in the DB section. Louis is solid but unspectacular to me, like Cam Harris.
 
I kinda wish we got one more of these RBs in the room to fill out the void of the backs leaving

I'm going to keep an eye on these guys. Deandre Desisnor the type of south fla back to just kill it somewhere else like a Desmond Reid
 
Wish we would have a made a push for another RB to pair with Pringle. Hindsight is 20/20 but they should have had an idea that at least two would leave this offseason..

Mario usually goes after 2 RBs in HS but this year the number seemed to always just be 1 with Pringle. Odd when we might lose 3 RBs in that room

Byron Louis is a guy I wish we went after more.

I wish he had some more juice/explosiveness, but he's a really decisive & efficient runner who makes some nice cuts with good size.
 
Jaylin Brown is going to one of those guys that in 3 years we are going to be saying can’t believe we let Pitt take him from us.
 
Javian Mallory West Boca Jr RB has been hampered by a bad hamstring most of the year-

Has a ton of power 4 offers-including Miami-

Seen him a lot -He’s a helluva player who will do well at the next level.

I think Desinor and Joseph have star potential. Louis, Wyche and Brown are high floor type guys.
 
I liked the 2024 group of SF RB's with Isaac Brown, Chauncey Bowens & J Lyle.

This class seems like a down year.

yea last year had more firepower.

Byron depending on what takes place at UF has a chance....he has all the traits.

I didnt really know how Isaac Brown was until i watched film because mys chool was playing him in the first round and i then knew that mfer has crazy acceleration and i knew he would be a problem in louisvilles offense. Jordan Lyle ive coached against him in youth ball for years and knew he was a beast and was ont he board about it the entire cycle ujntil we turned up the heat.
