South Florida '22- The WRs

Jullian Lewis is now on Miami's WR board.

Western coaches reached out to Mario. Unlike Manny, Mario reached back. He said that he likes the film, they're going to evaluate Lewis further, add him to their WR board and see how he stacks up versus everybody else they're recruiting.
And that's all you can ask for!
Love to see it!

We really should consider him though. He's a freakin' stud and has excelled versus THE BEST competition. He went off in The Crib all star game as well.
He's a big bodied WR with a great frame. He can easily be 6'2" 215lbs and he's a jump-ball specialist. If it's in the air, he's coming down with it.

We don't have anybody on our roster like him right now.

This brings me so much joy to read. So much bull**** over last 20 years in regards to situations exactly like this.

after Restrepo, you've earned a lot of WR cred with me. If Coach Macho says "find a spot for him," then we should do just that.

I'm a big fan of Lewis. Wrote him up in the TE section:

Jullian Lewis, 6’2, 204 (Western)- Natural athlete who is capable of playing outside but might project best as a big slot like Njoku. Extremely productive- 1,095 yards, 16.8 yards per catch and 14 TDs as a senior. Plucks the ball. Effective after the catch with short-area burst and ability to break tackles. Confident with the ball in the air. Did not sign in December but has P5 and G5 interest. Underrated player.

He's one of the most consistently dominant players I've seen down here over the years. He balls literally every week, versus every opponent. (and Western played a few tough teams)

JU JU put up extreme numbers the last 2 years down here.

I think Me n Macho always praised him.

Played n grew up with Thad Franklin in optomist. Reminds me of Laron Byrd.

I wrote about Lewis in the 7 on 7 thread I did back in March when I went to IMG. He's a beast, it's gotta be grades. He reminds me of Steve Ishmael.
