Are any of those guys his boys? If not don’t get your hopes up.
Just wondering when there is mention of former players. Do they have their degree? I believe the NCAA requires that they have a college degree

He’s worse, look at all his decommitments just in the last 3 years alone. Not even going to talk about the flat out misses in stevenson/Jordan battle. Losing too many guys in the secondary

Banda decommits from elite safeties
josh jobe
Ladarius tennisson
Avantae williams
James Williams
Jaiden Francois

rumph decommits from elite cbs
Chris Henderson

Banda is that yes man that acts like he knows and does more than we actually does

So manny is going to fire the one defensive coach who IS NOT one of his boys? Not saying mike should be kept, but is he the sole reason the defense gave up winning scores in several games this year where our horrible offense managed to have a lead late in fourth? We would have stated 2-0 but for manny.s defense.

btw 90% of college teams have DB coaches. Rumph is so incompetent as a coach that he is only allowed to teach corners.

This great teacher of young men, who is by far the saddest recruiter in history, is only coaching half the normal workload of your everyday position coach!

Bring in Ed Reed to coach DB’s. Move Banda to off field role, hire a true special teams coordinator

Make Reed an analyst and let him grow into the college game.

$75000-$100000k and it’s on.

He can’t coach them on the field but imagine him breaking down film with guys and giving feedback on technique.

Oh I dunno how about an actually qualified HC? I know its hard to figure that this school might need a real HC and not some fanboy son of the mayor.

Ain't happening so I prefer to deal with the here and now.

After another disappointing loss for the Miami Hurricanes, it seems head coach Manny Diaz's staff could be getting quite the makeover during the offseason.

Multiple program sources have told CanesInSight that Hurricanes' cornerbacks coach Mike Rumph is not expected to be retained on Diaz's staff going into 2020.

This news follows a report yesterday from the AP's Tim Reynolds that offensive coordinator and QB coach Dan Enos is also not expected back on staff next season.

The Canes finished an underwhelming 2019 season on Thursday amid a ton of questions about the future of the program. After being shut out by Louisiana Tech 14-0 in the Independence Bowl and ending the year at 6-7, Athletic Director Blake James released a statement late last night on his Twitter account backing Diaz, adding that he expects changes to be made within the program.

"Manny Diaz is the right leader for our program, but clearly changes are necessary and expected," James said. "Manny is in the process of making a full assessment of the football program, including coaches and staff."

You mean well and I'm sure you're a good dude, but you should consider dumping your sources.

there is no other here and now.

unless Diaz is removed nothing changes. the guy is a total joke.

then you are not dealing with reality, my preferred method of interaction with the world as is.
