Man manny won’t bring an alpha like Ed Reed on staff. This dude is probably gonna hire another one of his buddies to coach CBs.

Call Terrell Buckley, Fran Brown, Travis Fisher, and Donte Johnson and offer all of them more than what they are making now. And tell Banda to kick rocks too cause they probably ain’t coming to share secondary coaching duty with a bartender.

No, I didn’t mention Raymond because I’m not crazy.

Then on offense you could have an extra coach and it appears like they need it. If Manny is a defensive guy he can use his knowledge to help that out like Saban does the DBs at Bama.

Coaches need to both coach AND recruit in this era of football.

The days of having several positions only (tight ends, rbs) to be the main recruiters are done. Everyone, given the money being paid nowadays to coaches needs to do both.

He's gone after next year. And Blake with him. Nothing will fix this until that happens. I truly believe the BOT will make that move next year.

Banda is Co-Defensive Coordinator. That title needs to be taken away. If he stays as Safety coach, fine, but we need to bring in a top notch DB coach and recruiter he can learn from

Patke - Should be a GA or gone

Baker - Should get demoted to just LB coach. No reason to give this guy a DC title

Just don't understand this 'can't recuit" statement. Perhaps you can show a recuit what the U has offer. Not a 10 win season in 10 years. Losing to non ranked teams., a BOT that doesn't care about football coaches that can't coach and don't take responsibility for loses. So just explain to the board, why you as a top ranked players would come to this dumpster fire

If Rumph is the only coached on Defense fired.... Uncle Luke come holla at me, so we can steer Black Kids away from University of Miami. CB play was one of the bright spots on this team play wise. Now, Yes he needs to be fired because his recruiting isn't up to par for Miami Hurricanes standards. Patke and Banda needs to go or blast the Program. Racism and Nepotism I have no time for that...

Unless we organically build our way back up to national contenders, Corner is one position in south florida where we'll rarely if ever land a top recruit. These kids will allow their relationships to be bought and that's exactly what Clemson, Georgia, Bama and LSU are doing

We all saw what Fisher can do. Fran Brown would be nice, but I bet he wouldn't come without at least an associate DC title.
