A real Miami fan takes all the help he can get on a 7-6 squad. Especially an elite talent that was a back up on an elite squad. Trust me, it hurts to say they're elite but they are. Tate is no different than KJ, Hill, Phillips, the DT, etc. You don't want those quiters either? Lulz

Are you insane, kj and hill were starters where they were, and phillips if healthy more than likely was starting or was already a starter, when was tate ever a starter at the college level, dont be a clown man.

But your whole premise has been about being a teammate and not leaving your team and being a quiter, according to your logic, they quit on their team. Stop moving the goal posts. This squad needs all the help it can get.
As far as them being starters, they are veterans. Tate was a redshirt freshman, elite teams have the luxury of having 5* backups. That doesn't mean anything to his ability.

If it makes you comfortable and you want to pretend they are all in the same category than have at it. That was your premise, but obviously you never played football, stick around, you might understand some day, in the mean time, carry on!

I played for 2 different schools, one won multiple state championships and the other lost in the final. Carry on!

So what, that's already known, he still a runner, ask yourself this since you want to be a wise owl, as much as tate saying he wanted to come to UM but was never offered, had he been named the starter at ohigho fake do you think he would've still entered the transfer portal so he could get here!

Simple, people view and profile coach richt in his interviews but as a coach, he dont like mentally soft players and cry babies, people tend to forget where coach richt is from, so coach richt backed his coaches, he wasnt going to let it be a mutiny and let guys or flake james tell him how to run the program. It was easy for coach diaz to allow jeff to comeback, but it was coach cooney who alot of the players respected that everything iniated, in fact, jeff iniated coming back thru his boys, by the time it got to coach diaz, all diaz did was see where his heart was at, and than it was a done deal. I dont have nothing against thomas, but in football, if you quit, alot of your teammates are going to look at you different, and if you comeback, you gotta comeback right.

With coach diaz pushing "TNM" he wasnt going to be no hypocrite and not allow jeff to get a fresh start as well, so you gotta categorized this thing righ

Listen man, im not worried about ohigho fake or none of these other programs, if they cool with getting quitters that's on them, and be real, the main reason it was a smoother transition for martell is because brevin was already here and martell saying he always liked UM but didnt get offered, but best believe perry and williams not trying to let no guy come in from somewhere else and beat them out, maybe if you were on the team you would be cool with a guy transferring from another school and taking your spot, me and alot of the real Miami guys, we not built like that.
I don't care who wins the job. And of course if Perry and Williams are worth anything they don't want to let him get the job. Don't knock transfers, (we didn't recruit Tate, so he didn't turn us down) one just went #1 last year in the NFL draft.

And will likely be repeated from the same team. Bet OU fans appreciate transfers. LOL

The ****'s that running from competition gone get knocked, but a guy like dee "scorched" delaney and kj osborn they ran to better competition, skate tate running here thinking he got it easier and sweeter here. I wouldnt have offered him a schalorship out of highschool either!

I seriously doubt Tate is as bad as some on here project him to be, nor are Jarren or N’Kosi. We just had Practice #6 in the books and people touting The incumbent QB’s over the transfer, or vice versa. Not sure what their agenda is, but in my mind’s eye it’s still an open competition for the startling role. No one is clear heads above the others that a starter has been named, nor will there be any announced until Fall camp, if anything to prevent transfers out. If Tate wins, fantastic. If Jarren does instead, awesome. Or N’Kosi? Even better. That means to me that the starting QB position was won on the field, in the breakout room, in the classroom, and outside the confines of the IPF. That’s who I want to win the role; someone who can manage all of that while producing in games. And well I might add.
