Just started watching.
It is about East St. Louis football last year.
Some football, some stuff about the life in East St. Louis.
Jeff Thomas is in it.

Funny stuff early in documentary several kids asking Jeff Thomas for autograph, asking him if he's excited about going to Alabama.

Watching it now. Had no idea JT was such a head case. Amazing work by our staff getting him in and keeping him focused. Can’t wait to see what he can do when he stops thinking and just let’s it go.

So far it's pretty critical of Jeff as a teammate. No question about his next level athletic ability.

Yeah, kinda scary watching this as a Cane fan.

I think we'll be fine and that so will Jeff. He needed Miami and we needed him. The film is a window into a world that for some is unfamiliar. Life happens. Coach Richt, his teammates, and the change of scenery will be great for him. In a certain sense, Jeff is very much like many of our players and former players and truthfully across the college football landscape.

Interesting take for sure. More documentaries like these should follow. If they did one on south Florida alone it would be too crazy.

I thought it was really well done. I have a whole new perspective on JT4 - did not know that he had a young daughter. I knew he was a quiet kid, but he appears to be a serious introvert.

Loved the ending where they showed his signing day moment with Miami + a highlight from his first TD against UNC.
