What gets me is that there isn't any tiny little valid excuse. This isn't his first season. No probation or scholarship reductions. UF and FSU aren't even good. There is just no rhyme or reason for this total program-wide collapse other than the leadership.

How’s about laziness and arrogance to go along with lack if leadership

Laziness: How does a OC not gameplan?

Arrogance: how can he watch this O for 3 years, and think it’ll be fine, unless u arrogant.

What you are saying is logical. Most of us are past this point though because the failings have been so great in multiple areas that it's become intolerable for a coach supposedly on Richt's level and in his position.

Many of us just don't believe him. It's hard to imagine how he changes the dynamics on the team and in the locker room on a coach to player level. That said... I'm sure he's here next season so wishing for a 180 to happen and then having it happen is about what it would take. It's understandable when people accept that and hope for this or they're done given that he'll be here.

It's harder to get people who continue to blame players and make excuses.
