Whoever drafts Caleb Downs in the top 15 is on crack but this is supposedly a weak draft so I guess. Jakobe Thomas is a 1st round talent I don’t see the same level of play from Downs.

That's partly why. I won't sound like an OSU lover but there's a reason he's projected as a 1st rounder and Jakobe isn't.

I watch a lot of OSU football and Downs is going to be a great pro. He isn't flashy with the big hits but is always in the right place and makes very fundamentally sound plays. It isn't an accident that he caused two fumbles, He contacted the ball with purpose while making solid tackles. He is also a QB-of-the-defense type. NFL GMs love him.

Downs is going top 15, top 20 at worst…He's an absolute beast.

the best part is them having the graphic for that prepared and some poor intern having to scramble and add “entering the playoffs” or something to that effect on the bottom after that happened.

after getting trucked they put this up with 1:50 left in the 2nd quarter.
