I don't think anybody here ever played football or sports at all in that matter. Sometimes teams go into games thinking they are going to show up and win. Not realized the other team is capable and willing to whip your ***. and that's what happened today. Coaches can only do so much but if the kids are good they can overcome that but the players were uninspired today and that's on them. Not coaches. Coaches can't play the game for them.

Mario wont give you an analyst gig. a ******* player just said they weren't prepared for this game. thats on the coach.
 
The WHOLE team sucks not just one side of the ball. Even scoring 50 today still would barley of won and that is a major problem

nah I was saying hes the man to lead us even after atm. this is FIU level. we've looked like **** since week 1 really. we dont look well coached at all. at this point, atm was the flukey performance

That's not on a coach. What would a coach need to do to fire his kids up? give some speech or what? It's up to the kids to lock in. A coach shouldnt need to fire up the kids, Thats what team leaders do.. Coaches didn't have TVD throwing bricks. That's player.

he doenst need to fire them up. they weren't PREPARED to play this game. seriously dude youre ridiculous. Mario isnt gonna bukake your ***. at this point, I hope we get blown the **** out every game this year so we can speed up the firing process

I’ll say it again…we do not pass the eye test AGAIN. Just too many mistakes and poor execution. I am flummoxed. We hire as good as we could possibly hire and a worse result. Steele looks like No-D. Mario is Cuban Alf. I swear we are cursed. My GOD.

You're a dumbass. Take FSU for example. They looked like **** 3 years under norvell. That roster flipped and they are playing well this year. If they fired him that would've set them back another 4 years. People on here are dumbass who never played sports. probably had rich mommy and daddies who sent them to Miami
 
Players- PLAY the game. it's on them to do better. they just aren't good enough. If you took UGA right now and me and you coached them for a game, I guarantee you they wouldn't drop off much. It's the players you have. period

He’s going to be here regardless. Everybody that is saying we should have went with X, Y, or Z has to remember the money was only coming if it was Mario.

Otherwise we would have stayed cheap and not gotten any good coach and would have went with another first time or unkown G5 coach. It remains to be seen if the money and facilities will amount to anything but Mario being here should eventually be a good thing.

Either because he gets his head all the way out his *** or the next guy actually has facilities that are worth a ****.

It’s the same thing with every new coach: “give him time to purge the roster and get his guys !” Okay, that’s understandable. But MTSU?! Everything in this world starts from the top. If you own a business and it ends up failing because of your incompetent employees, who is to blame? The employees? Or the person that hired and trained them to do the job?

middle Tennessee doesn't require 5 star talent. take your no one played the game attitude off of here bc its not even factual. you can literally out talent a team like MTSU w what you have right now. we were severely out coached. they looked like.a team that actually game prepped
 
We shouldn’t need more talented to beat MTSU.

But you’re right that we need “the Jimmy/Joes.” The problem is, you can’t lose this game and expect to maintain any recruiting momentum. We just shot ourselves in the foot in a massive way. It’s going to be incredibly hard to hold on to the kids we got, and we probably don’t have much of a shot landing any other blue chippers.
