Remember in his first two years, Golden would run up and down the sideline, he would chest-bump guys after big plays, he was full of emotion. Now he looks miserable on the sideline. Dude doesn't want to be here.
One of the most humbling things for a coach is when you think you know what you're doing, and then your way just doesn't work at the next stop. Think about the college guys who failed in the NFL. None of them went in expecting anything other than more success. And then it hits you: I'm not winning anymore, and I can't figure out how to fix it. I think that's where Golden is right now.
