Someone temper my expectations

How does the potential problems of others change our inadequacies. We still have the same OL, we have LBs who have pass coverage problems due to inexperience, if we get an injury in the DL or DBs were hurting big time. Plus we have no reserves and even without injuries the next five games will physically wear on the starters. We are better due to coaching but we just aren't deep enough or skilled enough in some areas.

Juwon, AQM, and Grace. That's the difference between ACC championship depth and ACCCG depth.

Can we just get by GT first, that game is going to show us a lot. Then we can talk about FSU. Game by game.

With this OL, FSU, VT, NC, ND are all games Miami could easily lose.
I would add Pitt to that list as well. I'm not saying we will or should lose those games, but if the OL plays like they did against FAU we could be in a dog fight in each of those games.

We'll likely lose a couple, but it won't be because there are any great teams on our schedule that should be expected to whip us. It'll be because we had a bad day and turned the ball over too much.

In today's college football, there are so many good players spread out all over the country that anyone is susceptible to upsets any week if you have some bad luck and lose the turnover battle.

Some of you set yourself up for arguments and disappointments by making overly optimistic/semi-ridiculous statements.

We are 3-0 and ready to beat GT. Enjoy the games.

2018 fellas... 2018. Circle it. Up to then, expect at least 2 losses until we re-stock. Don't be greedy. Just enjoy that there is actually an improvement curve that we can appreciate. I think Houston wins it all this year.

How about if the OL plays like it did in all the other games? Opening huge holes and protecting Kaaya well?

They actually were much better than I first thought against FAU. Brad was just horrible in that game. He didn't get hit all that often. He was just way off.

No. FSU lost to Louisville badly, so therefore we will beat everyone!!! Everyone!!!

Never happened. Kaaya was simply toying with the rest of the schedule to make them think he was off. Playing chess. His mind and ability is that advanced. His feet don't get happy, he is simply dancing on your dreams.

Pretty sure the point the optimistic guys are making is that there are no great teams on our schedule.

Before the season, most chalked up automatic losses to FSU and ND. The season has shown that neither of those teams is better than us.

Will we beat them? Who knows? But we certainly shouldn't go into those games assuming we need to be perfect to pull off some major upset.

Indeed. With their overly optimistic glasses on, they may be missing the rivalry aspect of the sporting events and that even in our down state the last few years, we brought the game to FSU. The Noles and Domers will do the same. But they are certainly beatable.

FSU is not a dumpster fire.

They're a very talented team and it'll be a tough game.

They played lamar jackson an all time great already so that loss could be anybody at this point. Fsu we can win but dont know if we will yet but we will see. We gotfa stop cook to have a chance.

How is Lamar Jackson an all time great? Guy hasn't played one good defense. Lets see how he does against a legit D in Clemson

agreed. lamar Jackson is the real deal
but that fsu performance looks much worse today after seeing USF throw up 35 points and 300 rushing yards against that same D

He will be an all time im just predicting the future

I doubt ND sees us as much of a rival. But even if they did they have no defense at all. Only way we don't hang 40+ on them is if we turn it over 6 times. Their QB is great, and they have a couple good WRs, but that defense is an absolute abomination.
