His tape is good, he’s not the typical 6ft CB that Rumph prefers, but he doesn’t seem to have any issue getting off blocks and making open field tackles

Burns is about 5'9" 143. Still young 2021 commit. Plenty of time to grow a bit.

Different type of recruit simply because he is Artie Burns little brother, but you're 100% correct we're talking about 16 year olds who could both be 5'11 or 6' by the time they graduate HS.
