So basically any kid who wears UM gear gets an offer now? Yeah, we do need to offer players who ACTUALLY want to be canes, but this doesn't really mean anything yet, chill.

It means he lives across the country and wants to make sure the staff knows he's interested. They can't look at every 4* DB in the country so if you don't live in FLA it's probably wise to let them know if you're interested.
