Some thoughts on spring ball/practice...

I crack up every time I read Froggy Shipman's name on this board. Who was that porster who would post here and talk about how he was friends with all the players back in the day and then he would post pictures with them constantly?
A white dude who owned a restaurant or was a chef I believe. Haven't seen him porst in a while.
I see a lot of laughing emoji reactions to this post. So maybe something happened you and I aren't aware of.
That poster once changed his name if I recall correctly. From central Florida cane to south west Florida cane or something like that. He was somehow related to Chuck Pagano so had connections during Butch's time. He could still be here with a different name now 🤷🏻‍♂️

What does the NFL have to do with a playing career at Miami? Answer: nothing. And what 10 guys you taking over Toney?

College stats don't make you better. Trevor insley had over 2000 yards in one season in college. would you take him over randy moss?

entire career is what matters. otherwise a guy like xavier restrepo would be considered the greatest hurricane wide out ever according to your logic. You'd be a dam fool to believe that

I wish I knew under what username he was posting under. All jokes aside his posts were amusing and he’d constantly get into it with other posts. I like any anecdote about old school Canes - true stories of not.

Say whatever you want about Michael Jerome Irvin, but he truly wants every player that wears the Orange-and-Green to be better than he was. His love for the U has no bounds...
You watch some of the videos that are posted on X and TikTok and his passion for the U cannot be denied or underestimated. The way he talks to the next generation and tries to teach them is truly a sight to see.

his plays versus East Carolina, FSU and then the whole Orange Bowl were key to that title run. Sometimes stats only tell a fraction of the story or the impact of a player
It was a special time in CFB. The game was going through an evolution and we were right there in front.
