Some takeaways..

If the OLine would have played a decent game then we win the game. That was the big question mark and we got our answer.
Let’s be honest though no real reason Zion should be anything more than a talented backup at this point. He’s going to be great but that was a big ask of him. He held his own for all of the 4th quarter.

There will be growing pains and blame to go around everywhere but ultimately we lost to a slightly better more experienced team but not by much. I am excited about JW. What an upgrade, but let’s not lose sight that he is a freshman with what looked like at times a D2 oline, and I’m not joking. F@ck Gators! Go Canes!

I agree with most. Not down the Dline as a whole but am down on them as pass rushers.

I think we showed too much respect to franks scrambling with a very soft mush rush and spy. Which with a guy that isn’t a good passer had good results minus the two plays we got beat.

It’ll be interesting to see how this team does against guys who we respect as passers with no running threat.
