He currently doesn't even hold the whole QB position because Richt has said from day 1 he'll be coaching the QBs. Jon has half a coaching role and a recruiting role. Sounds like you are unaware but Jon Richt played QB and received a scholarship from Dabo Swinney at Clemson. Hw was about 4th on depth chart behind the likes of DeShaun Watson and others and transferred to Mars Hill College to finish his playng time.
