Moran and Pastrana are great assistant pieces. Still think the most important assistant is going to be the former HC X&O's guy to help the first time HC.

Mike Brey, Bruiser Flint, etc. Preferably Brey but I won't be too picky.

So if I've heard everything correctly Moran and Pastrana are on staff. As is Baker.

I'm intrigued by CY Young as he appears to be a rising young coaching talent, but I think we need a grey-beard on staff who has been a HC at a high-level so perhaps Brey may be the best choice for
the last spot (I still have a hard time picturing him as a candidate).

I've been pushing for CY for years now. Guy is a grinder on the recruiting trail. Not too many coaches out there who do it better than him, especially within the state of Florida. IF he's the next domino to fall, he'll hands down be the most experienced coach on the staff.
