I was just thinking this. Even in the Georgia blowout game, the SC players were still playing with heart and making ridiculous contested catches, etc. It's like our players don't even like football.

This team stinks. O-line, WR’s, Harris, LB’s all completely stink. D-line, secondary and QB are Avg at best. This team doesn’t have any talent at all. NONE.

Manny has been here 6 years and the defense does not have 1 NFL starter. Not one.

The best players on this team the last couple of years have all been transfers. Who has this guy actually recruited.

Take your Orange and Green glasses off guys. This is a terrible football team. We’ll be lucky to win 6 games.

watching both of these olines trying to bury mofos is awesome and they want to look for work!

That's what's most striking to me. The "I'm one of the boys" approach has not worked. You can tell there's no accountibility.

And it's always someone else's fault. We let go of Searles, he is now coaching a very good OL at UNC. Garin Justice was supposed to be a good OL coach and they're the same or worse than last year with another year of age and training.

The culture is rotten to the core.

Like I have never and never will understand continuing to play kids that make mistake after mistake. Then you’ll get asked why the young guys aren’t playing and we hear they’re still learning and making mistakes. Honestly sir it won’t be no different from what we are already seeing. Play the fresh blood because something isn’t clicking period.

Someone said doing the same thing over snd over and expecting different results is insanity snd my friends that’s Miami in a nutshell

He’ll play him all season. Same as he did with Pope and Wiggins last year.

- King is a tough, gutty, athletic quarterback that gives his all, but it's clear he's not a game changer at this level. He's not getting very much help at all so I'm sympathetic, but he can't raise this team up. A great or even really good quarterback might.

- There is not 1 LB on this roster who would even be in the 2 deep on any of our great or even good teams. Not one.

- Our starting safeties are good in run support but useless in all other aspects. Don't you have to have some manner of utility when the ball is in the air to be a starting FBS safety? Everywhere but here I guess.

- I still think Lashlee is a fine OC. But he's not a miracle worker. With a decent OL and better QB he'd look like a genius. But he's slow to slow to adjust to the limitations he has to work with.

- I don't know if Diaz is coaching to not care about keeping contain or of we just can't do it but I've never seen anything like it since maybe the '97 season or some of D'Nofrio's crapfests.

- The lack of toughness is inexplicable. I don't care about Rique getting burned on that double move. It was desperation time and he jumped a route to make a play. He's one of about 4 or 5 guys on the entire roster who play with passion and intensity.

- Diaz should go full early Butch era and let the young guys get experience. But since he's coaching for his job, and he clearly trusts the veterans no matter what, we're actually likely to see less, not more of the young guys.

- This team has a flare for the inexplicable leading to disaster. The Mallory TD drop, the Hall video game glitch, Zion completely whiffing on a basic outside shoulder move.. it's surreal.

The team has quit, period. I think the players are questioning what they do in practice and game planning wise. They dont look convinced that this will work out.
 
I disagree on oline being worse than last year. They are marginally better. Imitations at rb and qb make them look worse.

They are. They also know about the penalties, poor blocking, turnovers and dropped balls. It’s a lot on kids that aspire to do this for a living.
 
I dumped a lot of reality here been doing it for years , haven’t seen much to of anything.

Way to many truths for upper management to even attempt to implement.

So here we are repeating the same solutions.

Upper management is only there like in most companies to smoke mirrors and bobble head owners scared of their pensions and there PRIDE so companies even like my place of employment suffer
