Johnson's tape doesn't show great decision making under pressure.

With that said, Miami usually helps those types look like All Stars.

Yeah Max is a little slow progressing through his reads but it only matters if you get pressure on him. I don’t think Max is as much of a statue as some think; he has mobility and will be used on some designed QB runs.

Ivey WILL get tried on a play action deep ball multiple times. I hope and pray Ivey rides the bench.

I’ll say this , we don’t have many advantages but QB, DL, St’s and even the te’s have pretty good matchups and can win our share. Their DL is young and talented so I’d love to see plenty of eye candy from Gattis to test their discipline. Young guys in a big game environment tend to lose focus. Their eyes can go where they don’t belong. Hopefully we use motion ,speed / jet sweep action , PA and screens to te’s and backs. I’d also like to see us move the pocket with Tvd , rolling him out or giving him the option to use his feet on the roll out. Lastly something I’ve noticed is on every run play TVD plays out the action, selling the keep. Not once did I see a defender even look in his direction. So there could be yards to steal if he were to keep it a couple times , especially on third and shorts.

If it's a 1 score game heading into 2nd quarter...game on.

Just need to handle the first 3-4 possessions of the game because A&M will come out CHARGED.

No way Jimbo is benching his best kids in a must-win game. Maybe a quarter but no more than that...culture be dang...Jimbo is from the school of Saban.....

Anyone think it's a coincidence Jacolby was suspended only the 1st two games....you can send a "culture" message while also doing what's best for the 2022 team/season
