Just need a coach that improves the team each year.. Have not seen anyone say need one with a NC.
There was 4 QB,s on the team. He developed none of them Freshman is not an excuse. Freshmen QB,s all around the country did good under much more complicated offenses because they had a competent coach.

Now that is, as you call it, “Posting diarrhea.” Comparing the same orange, mark it, not two different ones, but the same one at two different times, is legit. And yes, the 2001 was better than 2005, and there were complaints then too, but the program was at least trying to solve it. Now it seems the program is on life support. Which one would you like your loved one to be in, fighting to get healthy or life support?

I see, so it is your belief that because, as you say, "I was happy with the way things were", this produced 13 down years of Canes football.

Belichick was fired because the team was moving.

Caroll was fired because he wasn’t very good in New England.

Coughlin was fired because his tenure had run it’s course.

Dungy was fired because the owner though his offense was too conservative.

Richt did a very good job at Georgia. They went 17 years without a top 10 team, No SEC titles after Herschel graduated. Richt turned them into the National Power they are today. He deserves credit for that.

With that said.....he has turned into an old dog, that seems to be very stubborn and stuck in his ways that no longer work in today's evolving game. Looks like game is passing him by.

Simply, next year we will see if he can do what Saban did at LSU. After a big jump in Year 2, LSU regressed in Year 3. Year 4 he won the NC.
 
Don't fool yourself. We got Richt'ed the way Larry David got Swede'ed by his divorce lawyer.

You are not real big on understanding the point being made. Here are a few breadcrumbs for you to follow...after being fired they all performed spectacularly, just a Coach Richt will do after being fired from Georgia.

Please continue telling us what crap Dennis Erickson was while a Cane.

I seriously don't care what Carroll, The Hoodie, and Dungy have done in their careers. It's a stupid straw man argument mixed with whataboutism.

@Earnest T. Bass cannot give me a straight answer on why Georgia fired Right.

Richt had what, 15 years for prove he is the guy. But he couldn't win a championship at Georgia.

I believe Coach Richt's departure from Georgia was a divine intervention that brought the miracles of his towering talent, integrity, brilliance, knowledge, vision and championship pedigree to the University of Miami Football Hurricanes.

So, answer my questions. Each of the coaches I referenced were dismissed but went on to achieve greatness with other teams, precisely what Coach Richt will accomplish with my Canes.

Of course, if you tried to make that argument in front of true football experts they would roar with laughter, as I did when reading your absurd comment. So, that means in your distorted world Bill Belichick has not been spectacular because Tom Brady has carried him to numerous Super Bowls. What it must be like to be in your head...
