Mario should sit up there and stay out if the way.

I said this a few weeks ago. He should be in the booth texting recruits during the game.

If he cares about this program, he needs to step down as HC and run recruiting/GM type role.

Stick to what he's good at (talent acquisition) and get out of the way of the X's and O's.......or, seek alternative employment.
