Soft A$$ Zone

We have a lot of problems the sunshine pumpers don’t want to hear about. 5-1 Baybee go jump in traffic; mediocrity isn’t acceptable nor should it be the standard, and if it wasn’t for king, we’d be 3-3 right now at best.

Most of the gripes Are legitimate and can be found in a plethora of other threads, but can we PLEASE stop running soft a$$ zones on 3rd and long??? My god we sag off more than a grandmas ***, we played man to man the first few drives in the 2H and it worked; switch to zone on the TD from UVA and...y’all know what happened.

also, I hate to say this because i don’t think Virginia tech is any good whatsoever, but Hooker might baptize our D when we play them. My god can we stop a running QB??? Everyone and their mother knew Armstrong and Thompson were looking to run, and we looked lost out there.

ya ya at the end of the day we won but it feels like we lost.

vs. Clemson and Pitt, I wholeheartedly agree. However, I think he did well scrambling and giving receivers a chance to make plays tonight; heck our O line was porous and didn't give him any time, and he still threw for over 300.

Hate the zone myself. Man up and knock **** out of their recievers as they cross line of scrimmage. Messes up routes and timing.
PS - Unless rule has changed legal to hit them within 3 yards of scrimmage line
