So WVU get's flagged for taunting

by putting up the upside down Horns that Texas uses. If we got 15 yards every time a team did that with the U the last few years we'd have probably had a few more W's. Crazy how teams do it to us and it's ok, but poke one of the old blue bloods and it's suddenly disrespectful. God I had the NCAA.
