I believe the announcer said it would be subject to ACC oversight but have we ever got anything from the ACC?

I didn't think the Bush call was correct. The receiver lowered his head. What was Bush supposed to do? I thought Bush tried to pull away at the last minute. The hit could have been much worse if he really wanted to target the player.
