Yes, exactamundo. When I worked in Addiction/Psych for a large recovery firm, we frequently had people from the Villages for this that and the other. I'd say 35-40% of them admitted to swinging and then, only after we asked about getting tested for STDs. One broad, roughly 67 said: don't need to my doc back home gave me this for the trip and the stay

she hauled out Valacyclovir, 2 antibiotics and something else I can't recall.

We had to leave the room en masse because we were about to bust out laughing.
