section 112 hour and a half away will be in a metered lot at 50 cents an hour, can purchase as many hours as you want cash or credit card. The lot is on QUEEN STREET off NORTH DEPOT STREET and TAILGATING IS ALLOWED. There's a open container law in boone so bring your hurricane cups guys. I plan on getting there around 7.30 with a buddy from work and my USUAL side kick horatio cane. See u there. LETS GO CANES.

Flying up with my wife and son & two friends. 10 other friends flying in from Miami. We may have one of the biggest visitor crowds in App State history. Would definitely like to see a strong Canes contingent there. I have a condo there and love visiting the area. It should be a fun weekend.

I'll be attending taking my youngest daughter to her first cane game !!! On Friday will be welcoming team at airport their flying in the town where I'm a firefighter. Lived near Boone my whole life, currently live in Lake Norman area; Here are travel tips If you like southern cooking the Daniel Boone Inn is good but be patient will be crowded. Mass General store is nice throw back in time old school candy, soda and memorabilia. Other than that just chain restaurants. Also a nice drive would be different the leaves are starting to turn so a drive on Blue Ridge Parkway or head toward ski lopes for relaxing time.
