So..Who do we want Indiana or Oregon

When I cash a Canes money line ticket it'll pay more when we beat Indiana. Side note, anyone know wtf a Hoosier is?
Nope. I am a "Hoosier" (lived in Indiana most of my life and went to IU for undergrad) and there is no consensus on the origin or meaning of the term. More or less I think it is currently understood to mean something like a friendly person.

Mario wants to limit possessions and play in a home booth. That’s not gonna change no matter who the opponent is.

Give me Indiana. For the style we play, i like the matchup better.

Oregon. They have had a bunch of WRs portal out, plus injuries. Their OL is also kinda overrated. IU showed pressuring Moore leads to mistakes on his end.

They look flawed for a supposed top team.
Bain and Mesidor should be able to abuse Oregon's tackles.

That said, i want to beat the undefeated "darlings" of college football.

That should be reviewable by a committee after each game, because that was not targeting.

His helmet went to the side of the receivers helmet & now he has to sit 2 more quarters over a bad call.

Don't get your hopes up.

I think Oregon needs to be the team we face. They are undergoing a grueling travel schedule and we are getting 1 extra day of rest on top of that.

Also, Cignetti is a fantastic coach and they play relatively mistake-free. We, on the other hand, are coming off our worst game in a while. I hope that's not a harbinger of things to come, but if it is, I'd rather go up against the team that is more likely to make mistakes. Plus, I think we have a better advantage in the trenches.

And Cignetti >>> Corch Lanning

Yeah, it was weak sauce

I didn't think either of the targeting calls — Ole Miss' in the 1st half that was overturned or UM's in the 2nd that was upheld — were worthy of a flag

Rewatched the Bama game and Indiana struggled in that first half...

Thye were in a dog fight with a team that didnt belong.

Traditional drop back sets there OL was getting destroyed by bamas just OK DL.

I'll watch tonight to decide. But I'll admit I haven't watched either team play a full game yet this year.
