I mean, that's what the University of Miami does. It's a 4 step recurring process.

1. Hire a really ****** coach via a very lazy hiring process
2. Prematurely extend said ****** coach
3. Take too long to fire said extended ****** coach
4. Fire the ****** coach and do their **** best to find the next worst ****** coach out there.

So true and so **** sad.
 
What gets me more uoset stop listening to fuqin vilma and players about who to hire. They obviously are great players but dont know **** about coaches. I hated when they pumped up Diaz and im like this guys fuqin garbage he gimmicked his way to the job. He knew he would never get the job ever thats why he dipped on Temple. He knew this was his only chance
 
Its coming next year after he shows "improvement" by winning 6 games & making the rimjob bowl. Then we'll get blown the **** out by Bama to open 21 & he'll blame the god **** kicker.. AGAIN.
