The only thing expanding the playoffs does is give teams that actually have no business being there in the first place a chance to get embarrassed on a National stage.

You go to 16+ teams & all that's going to happen is a bunch of mid-tier B1G & SEC teams will get blown out by the top teams.

Go with 24. We'd never be left out while in the ACC at this level,...which is all we should selfishly care about.

Plus the old "bowl game" format can truly transition to playoff bowl games that mean something (instead of the mostly-meaningless mess we have now) with 23 legit games that mean something.

Whether we make it to the CFP this season or not, Miami has provided the NCAA it’s best reason for the playoffs to be expanded to 16 teams.

IMHO, the NCAA should expand the playoffs to 16,teams, and also cancel the conference championship games because the teams that play in these conference championship games are actually only hurting their chances to ultimately winning the CFP
