Mark Stoops may be the unsexiest, but he'd have the highest floor of any coach IMO. Dude would eat the Coastal alive after battling the crooks, cheaters, and big spenders of the SEC and actually being successful.

Hopefully he's too unsexy for the other job openings right now and is still available in whatever year we end up finding our AD.

Our 1/2 options are still on the table? Mario/Lane? Mario is #1 and that can not come to fruition until at least Saturday so… If not move down the list call Matt Campbell (he could go to ND), Aranda, Tom Hermon, Pirate, Mike Elko, Mark Stoops, etc.

That's definitely possible and it would make sense. The popular names are obvious here on CIS and he's not mentioned, but I think he would do a great job at Miami with the right AD. He would not be an option for most here on CIS.
