No, you missed the point. We have several one sided rivalries. Most opposing fans see Miami (FL) as another game on the schedule. The closest thing we had to a real rivalry was Notre Dame in the 80s. There was good hatred on both sides of that one.

Most Cane fans? No one should regard either of those three as a rival. We've played FSU more than all three of those teams combined, I think. Florida? OSU? The second team you listed WANTS Miami to be a rival but their fans couldn't create a 30 for 30 without referring to Miami. All that supposed rich history of college football and they can't create a 30 for 30 without Miami? Nope. They're just another team that the media would like to make into a rival because Miami got cheated 30 years ago. Cleveland Gary did not fumble...****, I'm still ****ed! It's the only reason they have their own network. They're least worthy of being called a "rival". And, that's why I NEVER watch their games unless they're playing us.

If we have a rival, it's FSU. Hands down, not even close.

No, you missed the point. Everybody hates Miami. They talk like we're the bane of college football, a team of thugs and drug dealers. Every team we play pretends that we're irrelevant, then acts like it's the fricken super bowl if they win. And I, personally, hate every other team on the face of the earth for thinking Miami is morally bankrupt while ignoring the raping and other sht that gets swept under the rug at other schools.

So, by your definition, we have a rivalry with everybody.

We haven't been on anybody's radar for about 15 years. But if it makes you feel better to think that everybody hates Miami (FL), go for it.

Has nothing to do with how I feel. You should have seen the reaction and heard the sht Maryland fans were yelling at us after the last time we played there. And the time before that, people literally told us that Pata deserved to get killed because he was a thug/drug dealer just like the rest of the team. Seriously, people were yelling that they were glad a college kid had gotten killed.

You can go on about how we've sucked, but the truth is that people have never gotten over the idea that Miami is a bunch of gangstas. They may not be afraid of us, but they hate us nonetheless.

That's what I heard on the radio were while making that long drive east on I-10 last week.

FSU's top rivals
1. Turds
2. Clemson
3. Toss-up: UM or Louisville
Radio hosts said Clemson is a closer (and nicer) trip than Dade County, has similar fan base to FSU and there's "always" more on the line when those two teams play (LOL, what is this guy 16 years old)?
A couple Free Shoozers even called in to suggest the Holes should play Alabama every year because it's a short drive between the campuses, the two programs have a lot in common (insert jokes here) and it's already a growing rivalry.
