In terms of rumors. I am surprised there aren't more rumors flying around. Surely the BOT is meeting tonight or tomorrow?

Blake killed any rumors about Al being fired and put himself in the crosshairs of the BOT ( I hope ) by doing so

You can't make $2.5 Million a year at Miami and lose 58 - 0 in your 5th year without there being some sort of talk within the BOT.....

Personally I think Blake James is a puppet AD just the way Shalala wanted it....... His reckoning day at UM will be concurrent with Goldens........
 
The BOT idiots are hoping it all blows away. In fact, they're probably sure of it. They'll sashay to their next ****tail party, completely ignorant of what the little fans do or say. One might look up and say, "Is that ACC check on time?"

The members of the BOT live all over the country. Their meetings are planned out well in advance. It's not a group of 12 people who all show up for work at UM every day.

Thanks for the information.

I serve on the board of a public company. When **** hits the fan there are emergency BOD meetings and members can call in if they're not physically able to attend.

You don't just ignore disasters because you don't have a scheduled meeting.

This isn't a disaster that they need to meet about. Everyone knows that Golden will not be the coach in 2016. The only discussion would be on the timing of the firing. That isn't something that they feel they need to decide on a Saturday night.
 
BOT are meeting tonight...to discuss what they'll spend some of that Adidas money on next. A new library? Maybe some nice landscaping on the campus lawn. They probably won't even bring up the game today, ****, most of them probably don't even like football.
