In his last year of high school, the PITT QB had 3 passing touchdowns and 17 rushing touchdowns. He should have been schemed as a runner instead of constantly losing contain. The final TD was the icing on the cake.

I know that but you still need to ne able to get under center some, maybe 50-50. I still think a pro style O is best but you have to have the horses to pull it off, which we can do. All this empty backfield stuff is to predictable to me

Find me one successful college program that is running 50% of their plays under center right now. Or even 25%.

Maybe not college but most of the NFL runs under center with a 1 back set at least 50-50. The main reason you don't see it in college is the same as its been the last 30 yrs, its nearly impossible to get the horses to run it, but we have always been able to get em here. When was the last QB from Miami that lasted a year in the league, been a long long time. I would say KD, he was our last real good QB
