So they got the useless way overrated Randy Shannon instead is the point. Then the other two useless coaches right after. Not saying Leech would have won a national title but would have been an extremely better pick than Shannon and at least put up some high scoring offensive teams blowing out teams and attracting better QBs and other local offensive players. The BOT, athletic department and Shalala had the **** the college football bed more than any other in college history. From some of the best college football teams with some of the best players and coaches to play and coach in college history to a complete joke for almost two decades. That is with the best talent of high school players in the country in their back yard that all grow up and wanting to play for the Canes leaving for other schools. Lashlee is the best coach we have had for a very long time and hope he stays.

Completely agree. That comment last week about not being able to play New England or Kansas City because they were already scheduled to play other teams was effing hilarious.
 
Same old Mike Leach. Upset a good team, get beat by a bad team. He’ll win his 8-9 games while not competing for anything of substance. Sign the #84 recruiting class and still not care. Wash, rinse, repeat. The guys who learned under him are surpassing him now because they’re willing to actually run the ball. Leach would rather lose his way than change what he does and win.

I still don't understand why people want Leach here. You just literally laid out his track record. Could you imagine beating a good team just to follow up it up by losing to Duke or Syracuse?
