goal the playoffs this year I wanna see how we finish… the progression we’ve seen year over year is saying we should be in.

Alarming if we have multi 1st rounders and we miss and “settle” for a 10 win season. Said it in another thread but the coaching staff needs to look in the mirror about the running identity it’s been horrific since year one with Mario. It’s obvious Cam really was the driver behind that #1 offense and Dawson went along for the ride

I think we would make it but it's not a guarantee. I believe the following teams would all be ahead of us with 2 losses or less: OSU, IU, Oregon, Georgia, Bama, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, OU. That's 8.

Add ACC, Big 12, G5 champions. That's 11.

Would we be in ahead of 2 loss Vandy, Mizzou, or Texas? I don't think so.

We need to hope the SEC teams beat up on each other. And even then, I wouldn't be shocked if a 3 loss SEC team sneaks in ahead of us.

You do know multiple teams you list play each other
There will be a lot more loses

I vaguely remember someone saying his arm was hurt during the FSU game discussion thread. If true it is eerily similar to Van Dyke when he hurt his arm and they continued to play him.

I listed 15 teams though. I don't think the Big 10 teams will lose 2 or more.

There are a lot of ways the SEC can end up with a half dozen 2 loss teams (and some would get in with 3 losses)

Now add SEC/B1G bias....those last 7 slots are going to go very fast...

No one seems to be able to put forward a coherent math argument to the contrary...

I was on this from game 1 because I'm a data dude, and not oft for emotional hand wringing...and that's all I keep hearing...

You’d have to have Miami drop after winning. And even then have both big 10 and sec winners be the underdogs.
