Yes, they suck--especially now. They have three losses, including a drubbing to a 5-7 FSU. They have limped to the finish line, with close (lucky) wins vs. Auburn and USCe, and have half a team left after all the injuries. Despite the bias, I just don't see them getting in with the media uproar--including former Bama coaches and players, etc.--about their blowouts defeat where they had -3 RUSHING YARDS! To me, they are cooked and us and ND are in; if we are not, the system will be burnt to the ground since it's such an obvious sham.

Last years bama team that was left out would dog walk this Bama team
 
I think Bama makes a run at Mario if DeBoer doesn't make the playoffs next season. I'm not saying they'll be successful but I do believe they'll pursue him.
 
BTW is Alabama really the "runner up" when there are three SEC teams ahead of them. Seriously it's not like the SEC second beat team is getting screwed. They were already the 4th best team and just showed why this is an easy decision. Much like the ACC the SEC should change their rules to first head to head, then highest ranked.

For all SMu made it- but they still dropped two spots on the loss. Just not out

Texas and Penn state dropped one spot last year

Just leave Bama at 9. No effect. Then Miami - ND get the H2H comparison. Can’t say we are in different pods when we are 10-11.
 
The same way FSU was punished for injuries, Bama should be punished for theirs. They look awful and it's most likely as a result of all their injuries.

Except the commitee’s ranking for Bama didn’t mesh with the SEC’s internal metrics. It’s another gaping flaw in this so-called system trying to keep old events in a new way of doing business.

Yes money and politics….at the same time when you as a committee order Bama as the fifth best team in the conference, they’re given an opportunity for an auto-bid that multiple teams ranked higher in-conference don’t get, then treated with kid gloves for getting belt to *** in said underserved opportunity……..

Burn it down, go ahead. It’s just another in a long line of failed attempts to crown a champion. It’s been college football’s biggest flaw since I’ve been alive.

If they can say we’re in different pods when we’re 2 spots behind idk what 1 spot is going to do. Every media pundit is on our side, but the CFP lady basically said we aren’t getting in so my hopes are low. I just want to hear these slime balls tell us why. What’s their reasoning. If Duke wins, the ACC gets shut out. Who gets in? James Madison. Who’d JM lose to? Louisville. So tell me why that’s a “bad loss” for us. I want to hear them admit their biased frauds but they never will.
