his speed and tenacity in chasing plays is really good, and I love how Guidry utilizes him. This is player development, getting guys on the field, getting them to do things they excel at -- and then helping them expand their overall game

If Eddie would’ve ended up on a better team than the Bungles, his NFL career would’ve been even better than it was, and it was a solid career.

The Bengals at the time had one of the better offenses around with Boomer and Sam Wyche. People forget but Sam was Bill Walsh's OC for those early Niner teams.

I forget what they called that offense in Cincy, but it was a good offense.

I forget too! But, Bruce Coslett was the OC in 88 when they went to the Super Bowl. They perfected the Sugar Huddle which had about 15 guys in it to run no huddle and Marv Levy got the league to ban it before the AFC championship game.
I loved the Bengals then. My dad loved Eddie.

He’s the type that finds a player or coach on UM and route for that team when they get drafted or get a job. Thus we became Cowboy fans when Jimmy first left Miami. And he a Dolphin fan when Jimmy went there.

I mentioned in the gameday weather post and it did seem nobody acknowledged it as being a potential issue. It blows my mind that no one pays attention to the weather on our staff. It had been reported for days guns up to 30mph were expected. You could see it immediately on tv it was gusting and swirling yet no adjustment. Very odd by the Miami staff.

Second time rewatching.... my god what awful playcalling by Dawson. Like reallllllllllly bad

EVERY TIME we had a positive play we ****ed it up by forcing a trick play and stalling the drive. You can tell players were ready to dominate but we couldn't get out of our own way

You see him in person he’s actually tall as ****. He stands above everyone. Was chillen by the player exit after the game and he stood out.
