Its a catch 22... This form is a place where Cane fans can express their feelings towards the entire program rather its good or bad..I'm cool with thar... Its also a place where potentials come to see the culture of the program... Recruits choose a school but have to buy into the staff thats in place.. So if a recruit felt the same way as some of the posters in here felt... they would never consider going to the U.... What would be worst if they were on the fence and was influenced by the tone of this site...they would never buy into the staff hence end up going else where... So what do you do.. I'm all for the freedom of speech even if its in tow of an airplane... But I'm against the bashing of the staff...Shaq has committed to the U.. and its current coaching staff... If there is a new staff in place that we are comfortable with then Shaq would be committed to the U and that coaching staff... I'm under the opinion that no one here has the direct aurhority to change out the staff.. but the love that is shown in here at times can influence people like Shaq and I. . Its confirmation that we are in thw right place... in other words this form has more influence over recruits than it does over adminstration...use it wisely for the betterment of the U... I would hate to know Snelson saw what was said about him especially if his announcement was I coming to the U early. Well said............Nevertheless this is year 4. Frustration and anger boiling over. Win out or get out! 15th, 22nd and 29th will tell us all we need to know. Is it scheme? Is it just our last few opponents? Have changes been made? Can our coaches coach at this level? I am really looking forward to getting those questions answered. Also looking forward to watching your son play LB for the Canes.

Great point, UKW, and its an unfortunate truth, because many of the people here are not Hurricane fans, and are intentionally creating this "perception," its the challenging world that you and I as fathers have to live in today where social media and the internet can create false realities and perceptions and these kids are eating it up as truth..

There is decades of hate for this program manifesting itself these days, and this may be the worst form.. Dont believe what you read here

I hear what you're saying but do you read other message boards? (rhetorical) I have and do and those boards are just as bad. Granted, things are better when you're winning but every school message board has its fair share of angry message board posters. We do not have the monopoly on that - not even close.

Yes I have read other boards and I agree there is bashing. ..it a natural course when things aren't going the way we want it. But what we have to learn is to criticize right up to the point before it becomes bashing... once that line is crossed no one gains... we fret and worry over things we can not change... If you argue with your wife long and hard enough you start hurting your kids
It gets to the point where it no longer helps...it only hurts. Ex my pet peez is when Shaq starts getting tired he plays flat footed.. then at the snap he false steps... i tell him you are gonna be late on your heels and get ur *** whipped.. I have to be mindful of that thin line cause i know i have crossed it before with him and at that point I'm no longer helping him. .. and besides this is my favorite site and don't care about those others. ..lol... just kidding
 
Regardless doesn't matter how loaded 2016 is. Snelson is one we do have to land. He is a playmaker, point blank. Strong, fast, physical game.


We MUST keep all 4 in Bruce, Mullins, Richards and Snelson. Those guys are the future weapons for Kaaya, Lawson and Allison.


Bruce will be a slot demon not your regular slot. And has the ability to play outside and the slot. And he's a tough son of a *****. Big plays. About 5'8-5'9 and has great special teams ability.

Mullins and Snelson are those speedster down the field or take quick pass and turn into 6 type. Snelson very physical and fast receiver and Mullins has the ability of ridiculous acrobatic catches and hands the size of baseball gloves and speed to burn. Both 6'0".

Richards the freakish, fast and prototype receiver you want. GREAT size. Hard to
cover and has a knack for being a threat every down you play. Can do it all. About 6'3" now.

I mean if anything. Could anything change over a day? I can go on and on about it. But I'll be pretty ****ed if he's not a cane. The type of kids we need down here is him.

Preach man. Preach. These people don't realize the impact of their comments and actions sometimes.
 
It just seems to be the natural psychology of fans when things like this happen. It's goes on everywhere. We just got to understand that these are young pups and need to lighten up. As a community on this site we take a stand against this type of bashing and not tolerate it, except for when recruits choose FSU, UF, or OSU. Then it's tough ****. Deal with it. Wish you the worst.

It really sucks, but Snelson's not sticking.

Or it could be a Mark Walton situation too where staff talks to him and everything is ok. Sometimes people forget were in the middle of the season too. Contact is not so frequent at this time.

As of now. Everything is speculation and theirs nothing concrete.
