Snap counts vs. NC State

Frustrating when you see mallorys high snap count. He did look better but man he can’t block for shtttt
This is true. Still I would like to see him get out of this mental funk and become the asset he should be as a pass catcher.

This is starting to look a lot better than it did earlier in the season.

One thing that does stand out is that we need more depth! Not along the lines of substituting more, but along the lines of since Couch was sick the young corners had to play and Dunson did not have a good game. We're already missing Blades, and now Stevenson is playing hurt. You cant play Ivey because he's terrible, and now the coaches want to move Dunson to safety due to Bolden being out. Is Balom out? What about Harrell? Keyshawn Washington?? Just seems like safety has much more depth than corner. Don't really get what the coaches are doing here.
They are trying to preserve depth. Before everyone got injured on this team, most of these guys were scheduled to redshirt and be starters in 2022. That was clearly the plan. Now that you benched all the 5th and 4th year guys, you lost a ton of depth. Can’t have it both ways. Back to the typical miami- play early play often.

#1. You get 4 games before burning red-shirts
#2. You're older players have been performing terribly
#3. The goal is to win games. Building depth while losing is only good for the next coach.
#4. Transfer portal is there to help
#5. Kids who are more talented than the people playing in front of them are going to transfer if you keep them on the sideline.

Too early for this, capt obvious lol

We know the governing equations for the situation. What I was explaining was the clear intention of the team coaches, not the reality of the season. We know where we are now, injuries and poor performances included.

They expected the seniors to step up and fight for their spots, solidify and stabilize the team with consistent performances which are typical for… veterans. Clearly there was misjudge of character and ability this fall.

There was no intentions. You buy the Manny BS and giving him too much credit. Especially defensively. Manny's only intention was to play his favorites and the guys he "trusted." Wasn't about depth or anything else

Was refreshing to see some DBs on the field who looked like they’ve tackled somebody before
