Because they arent good enough either, thats why we rotate. LT has a **** motor and isn’t consistent so he doesn’t play more, kelly and harvey are ok players not much separation between them.

Side note i would like to see kelly play some strong side d end to get bain some rest until mesidor is back, let him rush the passer for a whole drive

LT gassed is a better option than Lichtenstein or Gore. The entire S&C staff should be fired if this is due to conditioning halfway through season. It's understandable in Week 1 and 2. I don't ever want to hear about another preseason mock draft.

Sounds good in theory but at what point do we put the blame on LT for not being in shape to play more snaps? He should be the alpha of the defense but he seems like the background dancer lol.

And yea mock drafts are just for clicks and “potential”

I cant remember our last preseason "1st rd" player that showed up. Erick Flowers is the last wire to wire that comes to mind, who else? Rousseau didn't play he doesn't count.
 
such a disappointment that Kelly has been forced to play as much as he has in 2 years. At a competent program He should have absolutely redshirted last year and logged limited snaps this season in year 2.

I can’t believe how mediocre our DE room is. It’s been a long time since it’s been this average at miami
 
Someone was asking last week why they would hold the "fumble" against Chaney when it wasn't a fumble and I told them idk why but they are.

There you go. By far the most effective runner last week that was scapegoated for coaching malpractice and he falls below 2 other backs the following week.

If you believe that Mario owned up to it... he didn't. Still only worried about the fumble. Then, somehow you beat "2 hands on the ball" into their heads all week and then Parrish fumbles at the goal line because he didn't do it. Couldn't even write it better in Hollywood.

Tells you all you need to know about that play at the end of GT. Wouldn't be surprised to see it happen again before the end of his tenure.
 
The more disturbing thing is why players and coaches are saying they got tired ? It’s not like this was prime Chip Kelly Oregon out there.

flagg doesnt belong at this level. he looks like a chubby charity case out there. he never blows a play up and teams target him in the run.
He lacks closing speed. Wes and Popo need to play.

I think it's a mix. I think some of our upperclassmen dont truly love football. the younger kids will get tired. no one comes in as a fresh and is physically able to make it happen.

I still cant believe the lack of reps young guys got early in season. Now is the time to start upping minutes but they dont even have enough of the bare minimum exposure. You can't throw Damari or Aguirre out vs Clemson or Louisville or FSU. Weird development strategy.
