I just googled this specific problem.

TIFWIW, but according to a technical site, this specific spam “virus” is actually a Trojan horse attack which occurs when posters visit certain specific *** pornographic sites.

They said to try one solution, which is to clear your cache and your cookies, and set your browser to no pop ups. Supposedly it’s harder also with certain browsers for this to happen, one that was mentioned specifically was Chrome.
