I don't think the coaching staff has to be star whores like the majority of our fanbase to fill roster holes. That's just a philosophical disagreement that exists between me & you. At the end of 3 or 4 yrs we can revisit this topic to see who's right. In the meantime you can continue to drone on about how Manny can't recruit, and how his recruiting is comparable to FIU or FAU, blah, blah, blah..
Knowledgable fans have to be willing to give this coaching staff time to build the requisite roster depth/symmetry, and address holes along the offensive line. Once that happens it will become more apparent that MIA is a lot closer to achieving the ultimate goal than the detractors would like to believe.
Tonight MIA didn't deserve to win because they failed to capitalize on opportunities, and made too many mistakes. Most times if your Defense holds the opposing team to 304 total yds, 50 yds rushing, and forces 4 turnovers, you typically win.
